1. Academy Information
P2 Music Academy provides online music classes worldwide and offline music and dance classes at P2 Music And Dance Academy, Madurai. All courses are conducted with structured learning and experienced teachers.
2. Course Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed only after fee payment and batch availability. Course selection depends on age eligibility, course requirements, and available slots.
3. Class Mode (Online & Offline)
Online classes are conducted as live one-to-one sessions. Offline classes are conducted as group-based sessions at our Madurai academy. Class mode once selected may be changed only based on availability and academy approval.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are based on the number of classes or course structure selected. P2 Music Academy follows a flexible fee system wherever applicable. All payments should be made on time as informed by the academy.
5. Missed Classes
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class after payment, alternative class options may be provided subject to batch availability. Missed classes without prior notice may not always be compensated.
6. Demo Classes
Demo classes are provided at the discretion of P2 Music Academy. Availability of demo sessions may vary based on course and schedule.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, follow teacher instructions, maintain discipline, and practice lessons as guided. Parents are responsible for ensuring punctuality for child students.
8. Grade Certificate Coaching
P2 Music Academy provides guidance for grade certificate examinations up to Grade 8. Exam registration, exam fees, and external examination rules are subject to the respective examination boards.
9. Use of Content
Class materials, recordings, and learning content provided by the academy are for personal learning use only. Sharing or distributing content without permission is not allowed.
10. Changes to Schedule or Courses
P2 Music Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, batch timings, teachers, or course structure when required. Students will be informed in advance whenever possible.
11. Termination of Classes
The academy reserves the right to discontinue classes for students who do not follow academy rules, maintain discipline, or misuse academy services.
